Returns Policy

PLEASE CONSIDER PHYSICAL SAMPLING BEFORE PURCHASE

Because Origin8 is an online sales platform/showroom, we are aware that the biggest issue facing a shopper is ACTUAL vs VIRTUAL/DIGITAL product portrayal, most notably:

  • COLOUR
  • SIZE
  • SURFACE TEXTURE

The reasons for this relate primarily to the fact that we all possess mobile devices/laptops/desktops that have different screen resolutions and capabilities which either enable or restrict a completely true image of the actual product on display. That said, we do try to accommodate these issues as best we can, and always look for ways to improve the options per user.

For reasons mentioned above, we strongly encourage clients to view the material physically first before a commitment is made for the installation of the final purchase.

THIS NOTED, ORIGIN8 have an obligation to ensure the product ordered/delivered is indeed the same as the product advertised.

GENERAL RETURNS

ORIGIN8 WILL ENTERTAIN ANY AND EVERY REQUEST FOR RETURN, provided all the following conditions are accepted by the shopper

  1. Original proof of purchase document must be provided
  2. Product is returned in saleable condition OR in the same condition as it was received from ORIGIN8.
  3. Product has not been discontinued by supplier
  4. Product is returned within 21 working days of purchase

POINTS TO NOTE ON ALL RETURNS ACCEPTED

  • NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER MOSAICS HAVE BE INSTALLED.
  • For security reasons, we will not entertain any requests for CASH REFUNDS…refunds will only be made in the form of bank transfer into approved accounts.
  • ORIGIN8 reserves the right to charge a HANDLING FEE – ranging from anywhere between 0% to 20% to the value of goods returned and entirely dependent on the reason for return.

A HANDLING FEE refers to an accepted return under the following conditions.

  • Product no longer required
  • Client ordered too much of the product
  • A FREIGHT CHARGE may be applicable

The determination of whether this is to be applied, is determined, and accepted prior to the arrangement of a return by ORIGIN8.

  • Once product has been returned and a credit note is issued, proof of monetary refund will be provided within 48 hours.
